App · loomapro Pilot

• Hotel workspaceNew — Home shows your hotel, and programs shared with the hotel team appear when you return to the app.
• Layouts — choose the event first, with the one you're viewing marked, then its floor plan and seating (Amrita).
• Run of Show — jump straight to any event; events follow the BEO's own order (Amrita).
• Ask — "move the reception to 10:15 PM" works out the shift, "what's been completed" is answered from the checklist, wine goes to the BEO's beverage department, and Ask remembers what you sent, added or skipped (Amrita).
• Messages — preview a photo before sending, hide the keyboard to read back, and shared files show which program they belong to.
• More on one screen — tighter Home, departments and Run of Show, so less scrolling on the day (Amrita).
• Cleaner messages — one-row message bar (photo, message, urgent, send), a compact Ask header and "Ask anything…".
• Readable sign-in — the loomapro logo sits on a dark plate on sign-in and the intro.
• Clearer Ask answers — a direct answer first, short bullets when listing, named setup calls, 12-hour times.
• Program header no longer shows empty dates or stray symbols.

Security

• Programs stay with their teamFix — checklists, flags, requests, messages and team lists can only be read or changed by people on that program.
• Safer sign-inFix — each code works once, five wrong tries cancel it, and a new code can be requested once a minute; a code already in your inbox keeps working.

App

• loomapro Pilot v2New — the stable app the team tested in September, in the new LP design: Space Grotesk type, the Mist, Midnight, Cobalt, Tide and Citron palette, glass cards, the LP logo, Light or Dark, and Small, Medium or Large text. How the app works is unchanged: BEO reading, uploads, DMs, Ask, checklists, flags and sign-in. On TestFlight as version 2.0.0, and as an Android APK.
• Stable version restoredFix — the current app goes back to the 29 September version that was tested with Nancy and Amrita. It updates on the next launch.

Server

• Stable reader restoredFix — BEOs are read by the September engine again, including the fix that lets a read finish when the phone drops.
• Sign-in codes by email — codes are emailed from loomapro, never shown on screen.
• Hotel setup site — back on the September version, which works with the stable server.

Parser

• Reading carries on when the phone dropsFix — if the connection dropped during an upload (screen locked, a call, leaving the app), the server stopped reading too. Every new BEO is now read on the server's own connection, so it finishes regardless and appears the next time the app is open. Nancy

• Hotel detailsNew — property address, phone, website, time zone and the hotel's events contact, filled in from the BEO and remembered for the next BEO from that hotel.
• Departments — click a task count to see that department's tasks, and add tasks to any department, including new ones.
• Categorize Your Event (was “Where things go”) — the AI suggests a department for each unsure line; reference details such as the couple's names and room numbers stay where they are; repeated lines appear once; clicking a line highlights it on the document.
• Your team — someone covering several departments is entered once and offered in the others.
• Your programsNew — everything on your sign-in, grouped into Upcoming, Needs parsing and Past, with repeats merged and a search box.
• Done screen shows the program's proper name, readable dates and 12-hour times.

Parser

• First-time uploads failingFix — a server fault stopped new BEOs from being read between Thursday evening and Monday afternoon. Fixed; uploads left waiting finish on their own.
• Pictures under the wrong line — each picture is checked against its line; a clearly different kind of item moves to the event's photos instead of sitting under the wrong task.
• A retried upload no longer starts a second read of the same document, and the onboarding page waits for a read already in progress.
